The synchronization between Google Contacts and other apps can go in multiple directions. If you can sync your contacts from Google Contacts to your app, and the ones created in your app to Google Contacts, you win! This app supports Two-Way synchronization, which means Google-to-App sync and App-to-Google-sync:
If the third-party app allows you to see the contacts created in Google directly in their user interface, the service supports the “Google-to-App-Sync”.
If the third-party app allows you to see the records created in their database in Google Contacts, the service supports the “App-to-Google-Sync”. The app will generally be a CRM like Zoho CRM or Pipedrive.
All these names describe the same thing: entities that contain a certain number of contacts and allow them to organize them more efficiently.
