Shared Contacts for Gmail® fills a gap in your Google Workspace tools. You and your whole team can share, manage, and access your contacts whenever you want, wherever you are. Those who share your contacts don't open your account at all. On the other hand, Google Delegate Feature only allows the delegates to read, send, and delete your email messages. They can’t chat with anyone for you or change your Gmail password. When they send a message, their email address appears.
