What to Do When Application Status Is “Uninstalled”

The application status appears as “Uninstalled” when the domain admin uninstalled the ContactsFlow™ (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail™) app.

To resolve this, reinstall ContactsFlow™ (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail™) on your Google domain by following these steps:

  1. Sign in as the Google Workspace admin for the collaborator’s domain.

  2. At the left pane, go to Apps>Google Workspace Marketplace Apps>Apps list, then Install App

  3. In the Google Workspace Marketplace, find ContactsFlow™ (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail™) by GAPPS Experts.

  4. Click on Admin Install.

  5. To continue with the Admin Install, click “Continue”.

  6.  The Admin-wide installation consent screen will show. After you have checked the “I agree…” message, click “Finish”.

  7.  Now, ContactsFlow™ (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail™) has been reinstalled in your domain. A pop up will display that reminds you where to easily access the dashboard. Click “Next”.

  8. Your admin setup is complete. Click “Done” to finish.

Optional: Click “Complete additional setup now” to access the dashboard and start sharing contacts.
