Your company’s Google Workspace LDAP Directory contains the names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other information of the employees of your organization. That directory (aka Global Address List) is accessible in Google Contacts when you access it through your computer.
However, Google Contacts does not automatically synchronize the company directory contacts with mobile phones. As a result, users cannot immediately send a message through SMS, WhatsApp, or other mobile messaging apps to newly added organization members from your Google Workspace Directory. Type in the name of an individual or group whom you want to share the directory with. You can even add users outside of your domain. Set their permission level, then click Share.
It will sync the contact details with all your apps and devices.
Your company address book is available for them at all times and on all devices.
