How to Enable Instant Contact Sync from Google Contacts

However, if you’re updating contacts in Google Contacts, our Chrome extension will guarantee instant synchronization of your shared contacts updates.

Steps to install the ContactsFlow™ (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail™) Chrome Extension

  1. Find the ContactsFlow™ (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail™) Chrome Extension in the Chrome Web Store.

  2. Click “Add to Chrome”.

  3. When prompted, click “Add Extension”.

Optional: Enable Extension Sync Across Devices

You’ll be prompted to “Turn on sync” in Chrome. Enabling this allows your extension to work across all devices where you’re signed in.

Note:

The extension works even if it’s not pinned in the Chrome toolbar—instant syncing continues as long as the extension is installed and has the necessary permissions.
