The Challenge

01 . Managing sales and client interactions ineffectively

Kimberlite wanted to create better client access based on product lines of interest and parent organizations. It has been quite a challenge for them as they are still using spreadsheets and emails to share contact information.

They have realized the inefficiencies of their crude contact management ways. Data collaboration between team members and real-time updates between clients takes a lot of time and effort.

02 . Integration with monday.com

Their campaign for efficiency also leads them to try monday.com. Sadly, monday.com does not have the ability to sync Gmail contacts directly to a board.

The solution they have in mind is to periodically import contacts from Excel, but this would add another cumbersome task of migrating and constantly updating their contact database.

The Solution
