How to Share An Existing Label With Your Team

If your company organizes its contacts into Google labels and would like to effortlessly share an existing label with different team members so they can gain immediate access to those contacts, you have come to the right place!

The simplest way to share a contact label is to do so from our web application, follow these simple steps to get it done in a matter of minutes:

  1. Access your Shared Contacts For Gmail© account.
    Click the share icon over the label you would like to share with your team members.

  2. Add the collaborators you would like to share this label with by utilizing the search bar provided. Users are also able to set the collaborator’s access permissions by clicking the downward arrow seen next to ‘View only’.

  3. As you can see the label is successfully shared as the collaborator’s icon is now present.
