Ze breiden nu uit over heel Europa en de wereld. Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 1955. Voorheen gebruikten ze Lotus Notes. Onlangs hebben zij besloten te migreren naar een cloud-oplossing. Zo kunnen zij zich aanpassen aan hun wereldwijde distributienetwerk. Het geeft hun werknemers ook meer mobiliteit.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>DE UITDAGING<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"When Meca-Inox tested their Proof Of Concept of a migration from Domino \/ Lotus Notes to Google, they realized that they could not migrate their shared address books.\\n\\nEven though Google Workspace was meeting most of Meca-Inox requirements, they would could not go with Google unless they could ensure to their users the following capabilities :\\n- Sharing several address books (per region, per department) with specific users or groups of users\\n- Setting different access permissions for address books (edit \/ read only \/ delete contacts)\\n- Access to shared contacts from mobile devices\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":11203,\"3\":{\"1\":0},\"4\":[null,2,13228792],\"9\":0,\"10\":1,\"11\":4,\"12\":0,\"14\":[null,2,0],\"16\":8}\">Toen Meca-Inox hun Proof Of Concept van de migratie van Domino \/ Lotus Notes naar Google testte, bleek dat ze hun gedeelde adresboeken niet konden migreren.<\/span>  Google Workspace voldeed aan de meeste eisen van Meca-Inox. Ze zouden echter niet met Google in zee gaan tenzij ze de volgende mogelijkheden konden garanderen:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gebruikers kunnen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getsharedcontacts.com\/benefits-of-having-a-company-directory-app\/\">verschillende adresboeken<\/a> (gegroepeerd per regio of per afdeling) delen met specifieke gebruikers of groepen gebruikers.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruikers kunnen verschillende toegangsrechten voor die adresboeken instellen (bewerken \/ alleen lezen \/ contacten verwijderen) om autoriteit over contactgegevens af te dwingen.<\/li>\n<li>Iedereen heeft ook vanaf zijn mobiele apparaten toegang tot gedeelde contacten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>DE OPLOSSING<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"While still in 30-day trial version of Google Workspace, they installed ContactsFlow\u2122 (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail\u2122) and started their Google Workspace pilot, giving their users the opportunity to enjoy all the features of Google Workspace + contact sharing capabilities. They hadn\u2019t even finished their trial version that they decided to migrate to Google Workspace thanks to ContactsFlow\u2122 (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail\u2122).\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":11203,\"3\":{\"1\":0},\"4\":[null,2,13228792],\"9\":0,\"10\":1,\"11\":4,\"12\":0,\"14\":[null,2,0],\"16\":8}\">Terwijl ze nog in de proefversie van 30 dagen van Google Workspace zaten, installeerden ze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getsharedcontacts.com\/shared-contacts-manager-features\/\">ContactsFlow\u2122 (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail\u2122)<\/a> en startten ze hun Google Workspace-pilot, waardoor hun gebruikers konden genieten van alle functies van Google Workspace + de mogelijkheden om contacten te delen. Ze besloten te migreren naar Google Workspace zonder hun proefversie af te maken.
