Ora si stanno espandendo in tutta Europa e nel mondo. L&#8217;azienda \u00e8 stata fondata nel 1955. In precedenza utilizzavano Lotus Notes. Recentemente hanno deciso di migrare verso una soluzione cloud. Questo per consentire loro di adattarsi alla loro rete di distribuzione globale. Inoltre, offre ai loro dipendenti una maggiore mobilit\u00e0.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>LA SFIDA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"When Meca-Inox tested their Proof Of Concept of a migration from Domino \/ Lotus Notes to Google, they realized that they could not migrate their shared address books.\\n\\nEven though Google Workspace was meeting most of Meca-Inox requirements, they would could not go with Google unless they could ensure to their users the following capabilities :\\n- Sharing several address books (per region, per department) with specific users or groups of users\\n- Setting different access permissions for address books (edit \/ read only \/ delete contacts)\\n- Access to shared contacts from mobile devices\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":11203,\"3\":{\"1\":0},\"4\":[null,2,13228792],\"9\":0,\"10\":1,\"11\":4,\"12\":0,\"14\":[null,2,0],\"16\":8}\">Quando Meca-Inox ha testato il Proof Of Concept della migrazione da Domino \/ Lotus Notes a Google, ha rivelato di non essere in grado di migrare le rubriche condivise.<\/span>  Google Workspace soddisfaceva la maggior parte dei requisiti di Meca-Inox. Tuttavia, non sceglierebbero Google se non fosse in grado di garantire le seguenti funzionalit\u00e0:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gli utenti possono <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getsharedcontacts.com\/benefits-of-having-a-company-directory-app\/\">condividere diverse rubriche<\/a> (raggruppate per regione o per reparto) con utenti specifici o gruppi di utenti.<\/li>\n<li>Gli utenti possono impostare diverse autorizzazioni di accesso per le rubriche (modifica \/ sola lettura \/ eliminazione dei contatti) per garantire l&#8217;autorit\u00e0 sulle informazioni dei contatti.<\/li>\n<li>Tutti possono accedere ai contatti condivisi anche dai loro dispositivi mobili.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>LA SOLUZIONE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"While still in 30-day trial version of Google Workspace, they installed ContactsFlow\u2122 (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail\u2122) and started their Google Workspace pilot, giving their users the opportunity to enjoy all the features of Google Workspace + contact sharing capabilities. They hadn\u2019t even finished their trial version that they decided to migrate to Google Workspace thanks to ContactsFlow\u2122 (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail\u2122).\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":11203,\"3\":{\"1\":0},\"4\":[null,2,13228792],\"9\":0,\"10\":1,\"11\":4,\"12\":0,\"14\":[null,2,0],\"16\":8}\">Mentre erano ancora nella versione di prova di 30 giorni di Google Workspace, hanno installato <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getsharedcontacts.com\/shared-contacts-manager-features\/\">ContactsFlow\u2122 (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail\u2122)<\/a> e hanno iniziato il loro progetto pilota di Google Workspace, dando ai loro utenti l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di godere di tutte le caratteristiche di Google Workspace + le capacit\u00e0 di condivisione dei contatti. Hanno deciso di migrare a Google Workspace senza aver terminato la versione di prova.
