La ICRF es la mayor fuente no gubernamental de financiaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer en Israel. En 2021, el ICRF financi\u00f3 71 proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n sobre el c\u00e1ncer. Uno de esos proyectos fue decisivo para el desarrollo de medicamentos innovadores aprobados por la FDA. Adem\u00e1s, este proyecto incluye a los dos primeros Premios Nobel de Qu\u00edmica israel\u00edes. La sede internacional de la ICRF est\u00e1 en Nueva York. Esto es demasiado limitado para compartir los contactos de la manera que el ICRF necesita. El ICRF quer\u00eda una libreta de direcciones sin l\u00edmite de contactos. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda haber numerosos colaboradores. Antes de encontrar Contactos compartidos para Gmail, tambi\u00e9n pensaban en compartir un correo electr\u00f3nico o un documento compartido con una contrase\u00f1a para compartir sus contactos.
