Sie expandieren nun in ganz Europa und weltweit. Das Unternehmen wurde 1955 gegr\u00fcndet. Zuvor verwendeten sie Lotus Notes. Vor kurzem haben sie beschlossen, auf eine Cloud-L\u00f6sung umzusteigen. So k\u00f6nnen sie sich an ihr globales Vertriebsnetz anpassen. Au\u00dferdem erhalten ihre Mitarbeiter dadurch mehr Mobilit\u00e4t.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>DIE HERAUSFORDERUNG<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"When Meca-Inox tested their Proof Of Concept of a migration from Domino \/ Lotus Notes to Google, they realized that they could not migrate their shared address books.\\n\\nEven though Google Workspace was meeting most of Meca-Inox requirements, they would could not go with Google unless they could ensure to their users the following capabilities :\\n- Sharing several address books (per region, per department) with specific users or groups of users\\n- Setting different access permissions for address books (edit \/ read only \/ delete contacts)\\n- Access to shared contacts from mobile devices\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":11203,\"3\":{\"1\":0},\"4\":[null,2,13228792],\"9\":0,\"10\":1,\"11\":4,\"12\":0,\"14\":[null,2,0],\"16\":8}\">Als Meca-Inox den Proof-of-Concept der Migration von Domino\/Lotus Notes zu Google testete, stellte sich heraus, dass sie ihre gemeinsamen Adressb\u00fccher nicht migrieren konnten.<\/span>  Google Workspace hat die meisten Anforderungen von Meca-Inox erf\u00fcllt.
